  Recently remodeled and store is clean, but it's an eyesore. The bright yellow is horrible. They've changed around the store and it's hard to find items now. They had a large floral department with a huge refrigerated display, they got rid of it. It was beautiful. If you need something, don't call. They don't answer the phones, and if they do and you get transferred the department ignores it. I've literally walked by the deli with them stating "shii I'm not answering that, imma let it ring". They also don't check their dates and have a problem with their freezers. They let things thaw out and then it refreezes. I've had to return many items that have spoiled from one shopping trip. One section is actually freezer burnt. Their cashiers are also rude. I'm no longer going to this location, I'd rather go to publix or drive to lee county, their Harvey's is perfect.
